Gotta Know Joe Vacuum Repair and Service

What we repair, and how can you get service.

Periodic service, cleaning your machine can extend life greatly

repairs are needed, Maintenance is elective

Everything we own that is mechanical needs attention. If could be cleaning, oiling, or adjusting after some time of use. Vacuums have many moving parts, hoses, ports, electronics, belts, motors etc. Your vacuum is on the front lines on the war against DIRT AND GRIME. Dust, dirt, lint, hair, human and animal, while most is not conductive when a small amount of moisture is added it can be. All the this gets in the vacs and can get on the electronics causing the boards to burn up. Hair wrapped around rollers and drive wheels can make a heavy load heating up the motors that run our vacs. I have filled 2.5-gallon buckets with hair from places it should not be causing everything to run HOT. Just like your car, it benefits from Maintenace. This can be more or less often depending on the serviced area. Heat and moisture are the 2 biggest killers of any electronic tools.

Is my machine worth repairing

Explain how it can save

If you have a $150.00 Vac and we can repair, it for $50.. you are saving. If you buy a vacuum from a garage sale and it needs work. You are saving. If you have a maintenance for 40 bucks. (DEPENDING ON MODELS) and it adds 1 or 2 years of life. You are saving. If your vac cost $150.00 and the repair is $80.00 we need to discuss what is best. I am a very frugal person and want what is best for all my customers. Strong Communication from us to you takes most all the guessing away.

How long will repairs take

Most repairs can be done in one or two days. waiting on parts can make this time increase

Our history

(if you want to know more)

Gotta Know Joe Hobbies has been in business for 16 years. We are proud of our stellar reviews and happy customer base. Our little Hobby Shop has shipped merchandise to almost every country in the world, we are very well known. Why do I mention a hobby shop when you are seeking Vac Repair? Like many companies we have expanded our scope of business using skills obtained in life. Competing with online sales and the high cost to keep a store open many have used new formulas to stay open. It is no secret that hobby shops are closing at an accelerated rate. It is nearly impossible to keep one open without adapting to the times. We also do light welding… We started getting calls from customers about broken robot vacs with no place to have them serviced. Having an electronic background, one day I was done saying “NO”. I told a lady “Sure bring it in.” and the vacuum repair business has grown from there. We have 95% to 98% successful repair rate. with 2% to 5% not worth the cost. I grew up when the customer was always right, and customer service came before cost or loss. We treat our customers like I would like to be treated when spend my hard earn money.
